Canadian Hemlock

I'm OK w/ the automatic cuts to the Federal Budget planned to go into effect at the beginning of March. If our government officials can't come to some other kind of agreement, they shouldn't bellyache about a 5% slice from all departments. I'm guessing that they all have padded their budgets (once they are allocated money, they have to "use it or lose it"). Personally, I'd also make sure there is a cut to the amount of money appropriated to the House and Senate for their private barbershop (which was bailed out in 2012 because it was $300,000 in the red), private workout rooms, health insurance, pension plan, allowances for furniture and staff, and the list goes on.  A little dose of reality would do them good.
