Coyote at sunrise w/ mouse

I and Indy went out on the deck to catch sunrise. Just as the sun was making an appearance, Indy took off racing down the path toward Gorgeous Gorge. I kept taking pictures until I heard a yelp, looked out toward where she went, and saw she was w/ a coyote. Soon it was apparent that there wasn't just one coyote but a group of them. I called her back and started down the path toward them. Indy came running w/  three coyotes at her heels. They only held up when she reached me. Checked Indy over and she's missing a little bit of hair and skin on her hind leg. Not the worst ending for taking on the whole pack.
