New England Aster

Made my first batch of chili of the season.  It's a hearty, cold weather type food.  Everyone has their own favorite recipe for chili.  I prefer diced tomatoes, onions, hamburger, kidney beans, green peppers, and lots of spices - put it over a bed of spaghetti and top it w/ cheese and sour cream.  However, the best thing about chili is that I make it in the crock-pot.  That means I can take a nap while it cooks away.  How perfect can a dish get?
