Boumatic came in after milking today to rebuild the milking units. The dairy owners have the company come in about once a year to do preventive maintenance since a broken unit would be incredibly hard to work around. While Thursday is the usual day to scrub down the parlor, I decided we didn't really want to take the time to work around the Boumatic guys and I was equally sure that they wouldn't appreciate being accidentally doused w/ the foamer or jet hose spray. Instead I just did the usual cleanup and save the more thorough cleaning for tomorrow.
