Sunset

I was a woman on a mission this morning. I worked my 5 hours at the dairy, showered, drove back to the county seat to see the County Treasurer on town business. Finished that successfully and then had the car's oil changed, fill up w/ gas, and through the car wash. Stopped off at the nursing home to check in w/ Aunt June and find out what she was up to. Back to town to pick up my mail, books I had ordered from the library, and a few groceries. Once home again, I realized it was only Noon. What do I do for the rest of the day? (I need not have been concerned. There was plenty that came up after that!)

"What to do for the rest of the day?!" Good grief! Take a nap already. You're making the rest of us look bad.

Well.... I didn't say that work starts at 5 am, that I had prepared the night before for my meeting w/ the Treasurer, that most things in small towns are only a block away, and Aunt June only likes to visit for about 15 minutes and then feels like she wants to get back to the nursing home planned activities.
