Sunrise through the clouds

No wind this afternoon. Perfect. I had been waiting to start a fire in Ragnarok. Indy kept nearby searching for voles and checking out smells. I played w/ the fire and she played around in the field until sunset. Then the temp began to fall quickly. We just left the fire still going and came inside. That's the nice thing about a winter fire: w/ the snow and sub-freezing temps there's little concern about a blaze escaping out of the pit.
