The town treasurer asked what she should include in the letter that goes out w/ the tax bills. There are various things. The board wants a reminder that people need permits from the township if they are going to build (they are free). I want a line stating the town's website location. Feds asked we request people to fill out next year's census questionnaire promptly. Stuff like that. Doesn't really matter though - when you've got a tax bill staring you in the face, who reads the letter that comes w/ it?
