Sun Pillar

I stood in the field, surrounded by melting clumps of snow and ice, looking for the image of the Madonna. I figured if people saw her in water stains, on potato chips, and pancakes, I should be able to see a flitting image in all of the weird shapes sculpted by wind and the heat of the sun. Couldn't find her. Couldn't find anything I recognized. Did see some shapes that looked like Picasso drawings where you see both eyes of the woman but the rest of her face is in profile. Didn't know if the Madonna likes modern art though. I don't like it myself. Except for Jackson Pollock. I really like Jackson Pollock.

OK - I should limit the amount of time I'm outside when there is a hole in the ozone layer.
