Today I went to get my hair cut and back to one color. I had noticed the roots were coming in more gray than brown now but I'm still not quite mentally ready to go natural. Did get it cut shorter. My hair's texture is fine so the less weight on it the 'fluffier' it will appear. Figured if I didn't like it that short I could spend the winter w/ a ski cap on - as cold as it gets here no one would look askance if I did. I didn't go as far as getting a buzz cut like one of the library volunteers sports. The surface of my skull feels like it has a lot of hills/rills/and valleys. A little covering of hair evens everything out.
