Election Day was uneventful. Everyone seemed in a fairly happy mood and we didn't have more than five people in line at any one time. Even our ballot tallies added up correctly on our first count. Best of all got to see lots of neighbors and catch up on gossip. We had 1/3 of the people vote w/ paper ballots instead of the voting machine so we had to stay until after 10 p.m. but I can sleep in tomorrow. Instead of watching results come in tonight, I'll get some sleep and find out the end results tomorrow morning.
