Snow

When I left work the sun was out. As I got closer to home, I gotta admit the clouds looked incredibly dark. A mile from the house I could see I was headed toward a wall of white stuff. When I hit it and climbed the hill toward home it was a full out blizzard w/ windswept snow limiting visibility . For the rest of the day it has snowed off and on. Indy and I went out for our walk during one of the "off" times. The ground is still pretty warm for this snow to stick - I was splashing through low areas and slipping on mud in others. Didn't find any animal tracks. Assume everything is hunkered down, waiting for the wind to abate. One good thing though - didn't hear any gunshots from all of those hunters "sighting in their rifles."
