The sun was just rising. While pretty, it wasn't going to make much of a picture. When a hummingbird flew in I wondered if I could get a photo of the hummer silhouetted by the sun? Initially, the little bird didn't cooperate. She went to the far side of the feeder. That did give me time to become situated. To get the right angle, I lay supine on the deck, legs spread out for balance, toes pointed to be sure they didn't get in the picture. I lifted my back just off the surface of the deck and held the pose, waiting for an opportunity if it arose. The hummer moved into position and I got a picture. I should take up yoga.
