Another milkweed seed

Spent the afternoon sending off an Amazon order. Felt good since it will get a portion of my Christmas shopping done. Had a nice long walk w/ Indy through the underbrush and immediately upon getting back home, we jumped in the car and bopped downtown to fill up the car w/ gas. A portion of the road into town was reasphalted earlier this year and today the highway department got around to painting a center stripe down the road. They put up orange cones to protect their new paint job. When I was growing up here, most of these back roads didn't have center lines (in fact, I remember when this road was first blacktopped). Back then we tended to drive down the center of the road and moved over only when a car approached. Someone, maybe reminiscing about those old wild free days, had knocked over every highway cone except the first and last ones. Cones were strewn on both sides of the road and I had to weave a bit to avoid hitting them. At least I would like to think someone did it intentionally - that's better than the alternative which is someone can't drive any better than that.
